PRICE INCREASE: Commercial Roofing (US)

Recently several of our commercial manufacturers announced price increases that will take effect in the next few weeks. While we strive to manage costs to ensure competitive pricing in the market, we are unable to absorb these additional costs into our business. Due to unique nature of the timing of these increases, we want to remind you of the increases by vendor and amount so you are up to date on where pricing in the industry stands and where it is going.

July 16, 2021 – Firestone / GenFlex

• Low Slope Roofing Products and Accessories 7-20%
• Surcharges Up to 100%

August 2, 2021 – Carlisle / Versico / Weatherbond

• Low Slope Roofing Products and Accessories 5-25%
• Surcharges Up to 100%

In addition, Johns Manville has also announced an increase for 10/1/21 and we will provide you with more specific information on this increase as we get closer to that date.
