Price Increase Announcement: All Residential Roofing Products

In the past few weeks, roofing shingle manufacturers have announced a second round of price increases on all residential roofing products. The triggers noted by the manufacturers include the continuously evolving COVID-19 response, inflationary pressures on raw materials, labor, transportation, energy, and the overall dynamics of supply and demand.
While we strive to manage costs to ensure competitive pricing in the market, we are unable to absorb these additional costs into our business. As a result, Beacon will adjust its pricing 5 - 10% on all residential roofing products, effective with deliveries on February 1, 2021.
