Price Increase Announcement: Residential Roofing Products

To Our Valued Customers:

Beacon continues to receive additional price increases from many of our vendors, including major suppliers such as TAMKO Building Products. As an example, TAMKO has communicated a 2nd price increase of 5% - 9% on all residential roofing products, including New Construction and Multi-Family projects with an effective date of September 14, 2020.

While we strive to manage our costs to ensure competitive pricing in the market, Beacon is unable to absorb these increases into our business. Consequently, we will be implementing price adjustments that reflect our supplier’s price increase amounts and effective dates.

As always, your Branch Manager and/or Sales Representative are available to answer any questions regarding how these changes will impact your pricing.
